<p>In this week's episode, Mary talks with Blagoja Naskovski '24, who is a junior and international student from Macedonia. They discuss why he chose to come to K and why a liberal arts education was something he sought out (3:08) before pivoting to why he chose to be a Housing Strategy Intern for the City of Kalamazoo. Busting Salary Negotiation Myths with Brita Boer ‘90
<p>In this week's episode, I talk with Brita Boer '90, a K alum and human resources professional with over 10 years of HR experience and we bust common salary negotiation myths such as should you always negotiate a job offer (4:05) and what kind of benefits you can negotiate for (5:57).
