It will seem flat. It will think like you didn't want to face the person or the people that suffered or were put out or had to do extra work. It's as if you're saying, read my email, but I'm not going to show you me. And if there are three people that were hurt, you have three apologies to make and you don't schedule a meeting with all three. So you can apologize in a group either. Yeah.
