This podcast series discusses jobs within and supporting the data center and tech industry with a focus on trades and opportunities for women, trades and vets that may or may not require a 4-year degree. Episode 1 discusses what trades are applicable and provides brief descriptions of the types of data centers and moves on to the trades and possible jobs once the facility is built. Further episodes include interviews with people that are currently working in the industry giving listeners a view into the daily duties of the jobs. We cover diversity, inclusion and fixing the talent shortage through certifications, schooling, and apprenticeships. We also discuss various places to get scholarships and some of the organizations working to fill the talent gap.
