Ageless Banter: Navigating Wrinkles and Wisdom

🎙️ Exciting News! 🚀

Hey, fabulous listeners! 🌟 I'm delighted to share that my sabbatical is over, and I'm back with a brand new season of my podcast! 🎉 Since my mom's passing, I took a hiatus from podcasting, social media, and embarked on a journey of healing. It was a period of profound self-love, a rediscovery of myself, and guess what? I found my voice again! 🗣️

🌟 I'm thrilled to introduce the latest season of my podcast, where I dive into random subjects with my amazing co-star, Peter Rattan. What's unique about our banter, you ask? Well, we've cleverly coined our podcasts as "Check Engine Light" - a witty take on life as we navigate our fifties.

Peter and I go way back, all the way to being 15-year-olds, and now, as mental health professionals originally from Trinidad living in Canada, we're bringing you a dose of humour, wisdom, and everything in between. Imagine a "he said, she said" dynamic, where we discuss both serious and lighthearted topics. Trust me, when two Trini mental health enthusiasts join forces, anything goes!

So, buckle up and stay tuned. These episodes promise to be entertaining, insightful, and who knows, you might just learn a thing or two along the way. 🎧 Ready for the ride? Let's hit play! #CheckEngineLightPodcast #LifeInOurFifties #HeSaidSheSaid #RandomTalks #MentalHealthPerspectives
