Hallo ihr Lieben, ich freue mich so sehr, dass ich euch diese Woche die wundervolle Hanna Brüderle vorstellen darf. Sie ist Einzel- und Paartherapeutin und hat sich auf Mutterschaft und Familienleben spezialisiert. Im Interview besprechen wir, wie wir als Mutter bei uns bleiben können und auch in schwierigen und erschöpfenden Situationen eine Möglichkeit finden können, zu wachsen.
