Ciao sono Marco.<br />Se anche tu quest’anno hai deciso di comprare casa ci sono buone notizie!<br /><br />Nel nuovo anno i giovani potranno usufruire di diverse agevolazioni per l’acquisto della prima casa.<br />Anche quest’anno infatti è stato finanziato il Fondo Mutui Prima Casa, entrato in vigore nel 2014, che mira ad aiutare la clientela più giovane agevolando l’acquisto anche da parte di chi si ritrova con contratti di lavori atipici o precari.<br />Come funziona?<br />Buon ascolto!

Consegna chiavi prima del rogito, è consigliabile?
Ciao sono Marco Valmori di Casa Smart e ti dico già di NO!<br />Ma in alcuni casi può rendersi necessario consegnare le chiavi di un immobile prima del rogito.<br />Questa è una cosa che spesso spaventa molto la parte venditrice ed in effetti non è un’azione da compiere a cuor leggero.<br />Tuttavia, con alcuni accorgimenti, è possibile evitare rischi ed accontentare entrambe le parti.
