Sexual Misconduct Episode
<p>In this week’s Case for Wellness Podcast, the host and guests share student perspectives on experiences of sexual violence. They also address the personal stories of sexual misconduct and assault on the @cwru.survivors Instagram account and their impact on awareness of the severity of the sexual violence issues in the CWRU community. In addition, they discuss sexual violence prevention and possible resources to preserve the health and wellness of students.</p> <p>The Sexual Misconduct Podcast features Lea Cazaudumec Lucas, the Undergraduate Chair for Sexual Misconduct Task Force and Sophie Vilamara, the USG VP of Student Life. </p>

Black Student Experience Podcast
<p>In order to highlight and emphasize Black student and faculty voices this week’s podcast is guest-hosted by Aliah Lawson from the CWRU Race Task Force and will feature Laila Michel from the Black Student Union; Corey King from the National Society of Black Engineers; and Dr. Anita Howard, Organizational Behavior Professor and Executive Coach.</p> <p><br></p> <p>The Case for Wellness podcast will cover the guests’ Black student/faculty experiences at CWRU, reflections on CWRU’s efforts to enhance black student life, and future steps needed to ensure a thriving campus culture that improves the health and wellness of Black students. Interactions with peers, the racial demography of CWRU, and police presence on campus will all be discussed in this 1.5 hour podcast.</p> <p><br></p> <p>On Nov. 11th, tune into our final episode of the semester–a discussion about Sexual Violence Prevention. Stress Podcast
<p>This Wednesday's Case for Wellness podcast is our very first in-house episode, featuring Karthik Kartha, the Director of PR, Liz Ochoa, our Community Outreach Coordinator, and Janvi Ramchandra, our Secretary to discuss Stress at CWRU!</p> <p>In this podcast, we address various factors that can influence stress, such as COVID-19, our campus culture, and midterms. We also point out the relationship between stress and burnout and offer ways to destress. Lastly, we share personal experiences from students and discuss ways to alleviate stress in the CWRU student body.</p>
