It finally happened: Sherry has quit her job 😱
In this episode, we talk honestly about what pushed us to leave our jobs: months of anxiety, crying at work, losing sleep, bad managers, micromanaging, and that constant feeling of being triggered by every message from your boss.
We unpack the red flags we ignored, the internal struggle of staying vs quitting (especially in Singapore where quitting feels taboo), and all the unhinged coping mechanisms along the way, from lo-fi mantra playlists and Harry Potter audiobooks to secretly interviewing after work like criminals.
We also share how we actually quit: random “catch up” invites, ambush quit chats, using ChatGPT to translate emotions into corporate language, exit interviews, trauma bonding with colleagues, and the unexpected lightness that came after handing in our resignation.
But don't take this as career advice. We are just two online besties sharing what it really felt like to quit, cry, panic, and finally breathe again.

💔 We always say we would never stay in a toxic relationship… until we do.
In this raw and honest episode, we open up about the abusive and toxic relationships we found ourselves in: how they started with “love bombing” and ended with fear, shame, and finally, freedom.
Sunny shares her story of dating someone who slapped his own mother, controlled her daily life during exchange, left her cruel “tests” to prove her worth, and once told her she deserved to die. Sherry recalls the ex who couldn’t handle his emotions, slamming things, gaslighting her, and even going on dating apps while they were still together.
We talk about how we rationalised the red flags and how we finally broke free.
