And what's great is you can actually fit that within a binomial model by just changing link function from a logistic curve to a probing curve. You're actually predicting responses from the truth. So the coefficient, the regression coefficient for the truth in the probit scale is basically how well is what is actually in front of you dictating your response. So that would be the D prime. And then the intercept is your criterion. It's the bias. So that's really neat. And there's a bunch of great papers about how you can just do it within this framework model. […]
