S03E02 October's Letting Go & The World According to Cats with Ray Sadri
Your cozy podcast is back with its October episode!
And what kind of October it would be without a good book to read we can cozy up with? Preferably cat-themed. And perhaps with a rather intriguing plot twist that poses the question of how different cats and politicians really are, and would the world really look different if cats ruled it?
We will (try) to find these answers with author of Cat Society Ray Sadri, as well as help any aspiring authors (like me!) to not give up on their writing project.
Together we will tune into some calming energy of autumn, and find some comfort in the season. Whether that’s in the kitchen with the seasonal delicacies, in fashion with our favourite cardigans and scarves or in letting go and immersing ourselves in the beauty of October’s nature.
We will find creative ways to let go this season and embrace change and understand what it really means - with the help of your Cat Coach Aragorn as well.
We will also look at some unexpected social events of Czech ancestors which include some sweet rewards, and prepare for the Days of the Dead as celebrated in Mexico, when our beloved pets can come visit us again.
All that and more is waiting for you inside the Cat Coach Café.

S03E01 Easing into Autumn: Dreaming, Wishing & Giving Thanks
September is here and that means a new season is around the corner. The best one, if you ask me. It is time to go back to cosy living.
In the first episode of Season 3 of the Cat Coach Café, we’re going to ease ourselves into autumn - by catching up with ourselves, reflecting on the past few months and the “harvest” we are now gathering.
We’ll have a think about what to bottle up and take with us into the next season, as well as what to let go.
We’ll learn about the Slavic goddess of Autumn, dreaming and sleep - Oseň, and learn about the power of wind and fire.
We’ll celebrate Autumn Equinox and learn how to predict winter and Christmas weather this year thanks to the Czech weather lore.
And of course, your Cat Coach Princ will share some of his wisdom too.

Journaling prompts:
* Just as we store, preserve and bottle up summer’s harvest, what would YOU like to bottle up? What feelings, memories, accomplishments would you like to take with you into winter?
* What are you grateful for looking back at the year that you had? What have you harvested that you are especially grateful for? And what do you wish for the next season?
* What would you like to see grow in your garden next spring? Figuratively but mainly metaphorically. And what can you do now to ensure that?
* Inspired by the wind that brings clarity - what are you missing in your life that is ready to be found? Where do you want to bring more clarity? What truth are you trying to hide… but the wind is not letting you to bury anymore?
What whispers does the wind bring with it?
* What wishes would you like to send up to the sky and let the kites or the birds deliver?
* What kind of song would you like to sing about your winter to the birds once they return in spring?

So tune in to listen to the powerful messages from animals delivered via Pea Horsley - as well as your Cat Coach Aragorn’s one!
Cat Coach Princ will then also share his seasonal wisdom through Cat Coach Diaries and invite you all to seek joy in the upcoming summer months.
After that, Cat Coach Café will close for the summer months, but will be back as soon as the darker days arrive once more…

* How can you bring more sweetness into your life?
* Are your goals bringing some sweetness into your life? And if not, what can you plant next time so they do?
* June determines the weather conditions of the upcoming two months - what can you do in June, to determine successful summer for yourself or one that feels good?
