[…] So the first three is three up to three hours. And then the point three is 30 percent of that time. And if you've read books like Deep Work by Cal Newport, he talks about two to four hours. And there's some other books that also, they're kind of in the range of two to four. And three isn't a magic number per se. Some might be able to go three hours and 20 minutes. What I found generically, three is the safest number. But again, the rule is listed as a framework. You and I are different people. And we also may find enjoyment or disenjoyment out of the same activity you may love spreadsheets i may hate spreadsheets you may like talking on the phone and i don't so based on all those things are just individual personality differences different tasks it's designed to be a framework so i might be doing something i don't like and after about an hour i'm like i really need a break so it could be something new and my brain's working harder I might need a break sooner.
