When I got the chance to work in radio, it was literally a childhood dream come true. When my radio career came to an end, I still had that “itch”. Since then, I’ve become a fan of podcasts... like, a LOT of podcasts. For the past few years, I had been thinking about marrying that passion for radio with my love of podcasts... and in 2020, I’m stepping out of my comfort zone, and doing my OWN podcast. On ‘Catching Up’, I’m going to talk to people I know, ask them questions, and maybe have a few laughs. I’m not sure where this is going, but I’m excited about the journey!

Aria Kinch

HEY BUDDY. In my first episode of season 2, I got to speak with my dear friend of nearly 30 years, the amazing Aria Kinch! Listen as we talk about cold weather, adapting to technology, and paragliding. Aria is an absolute rock star and I'm SO glad I got to catch up with her.

Also. full disclosure... something very strange happened with the audio on this episode. Something I didn't realize happened until the editing process. At points, it seems like there's a sort of reverse overlap. It sounds kind of funky in some places, but you can still hear everything... and it's a GREAT conversation.

Thanks for catching up!

Matt Rovas

In this episode, I get to catch up with one of my all time best friends; Mr. Matt Rovas! We covered a LOT of ground in this talk... and even though we've been friends for nearly 30 years, I actually learned quite a bit. We also covered things like our favorite gadgets, rum cakes, waiting in long lines, and the illuminati... it may sounds weird, but our conversations have *always* been a little random. :)

Matt is a successful realtor in the metro Detroit area, and you can find him on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Lino Rodriguez
For this episode, I got to talk to my dear old friend Lino Rodriguez (Jr). I've known Lino for nearly 30 years and it's always a joy catching up with him. We got to talk about pandemic catch phrases, working in a record store, being a Gen-X parent, and what it means to "outpunt your coverage". Also, what's the problem with Bob Dylan and Radiohead?? Please don't judge us! We'll unpack that as well. Lino is a VERY interesting guy, and I'm proud to call him my friend. I hope you enjoy this talk with my buddy Lino!
