Podcast Overview

This podcast highlights talks from members of Compulsive Eaters Anonymous-HOW. Compulsive eaters identify in many ways – overeater, undereater, food addict, anorexic, bulimic; it can be someone with 10 pounds to gain or with 205 pounds to lose. Regardless of the label, we are in the grip of a serious and progressive illness that can lead to or worsen depression, obesity and other health related diseases, and ruin families and careers. But CEA-HOW offered us another way of living. It offered us a promise of happiness, contentment, and achievement in all areas of our lives.
