The Future of Women’s Healthcare Is Connected & What I've Been Doing Behind the Scenes
Summary:
In this different episode of the podcast, Dr. Brenda takes you behind the scenes of what she’s been building and why she believes women’s healthcare is ready for a new model.
Fresh off PelviCon 2026, she shares the trends, conversations, and ideas that stood out to her, including the growing shift toward a systems-based approach to pelvic and women’s health. Rather than treating each symptom in isolation, more practitioners are recognizing the interconnected role of the nervous system, sleep, gut health, nutrition, hormones, and the musculoskeletal system.
Dr. Brenda also shares the story behind the research study that started six years ago, what she learned from working with hundreds of pregnant and postpartum women, and how those experiences exposed a much bigger problem: women are often left to connect the dots between their symptoms and coordinate their own care.
That realization ultimately led to the development of Connected Women’s Health, a new category and model of care designed to identify which body systems are at the core of a woman’s symptoms, determine where to start, and put the right solutions in the right order.
She also gives a behind-the-scenes look at the Core 6 Assessment, the three-phase framework being developed to guide care, the upcoming publication of her research, and the major evolution happening within the RevitaWell supplement line.
This episode is a glimpse into what’s next, not just for her clinic, but for the future of women’s healthcare.

Why One Weekend Course Isn’t Enough - 30
Summary:
In this episode, Dr. Brenda Heineke explains why weekend continuing education courses often aren’t enough to create lasting clinical confidence. She breaks down the difference between simply learning information and actually implementing it in practice, and why having a framework for clinical reasoning is essential for making good decisions with pregnant and postpartum clients. Using examples from pregnancy care, she shows how prioritization, patient context, and the ability to connect the dots lead to better outcomes, stronger patient buy-in, and a more scalable business. She also shares how the Birth Academy is designed to help clinicians build and implement a birth prep program, not just collect more techniques.

What Makes a Birth Prep Program Actually Premium - 29
Summary:
What actually makes a physical therapy program premium? Spoiler alert: it’s not simply charging more. In this episode, Dr. Brenda Heinecke breaks down what truly creates a premium experience and why clinicians need to think beyond price, branding, and clinical expertise. She shares three key strategies for building a premium program: intentionally designing the client experience, solving the bigger problem your clients actually care about, and creating a clear roadmap that guides them from where they are to where they want to be. You’ll learn how to create more intentional touchpoints, uncover your clients’ deeper goals and desires, and structure your programs so clients feel confident, cared for, and clear on their path forward.
