Why Great Products Fail And Average Ones Scale with Muneeb Mushtaq
What actually makes a business succeed - the product, or the way it’s positioned? In this episode, we go beyond surface-level advice and break down what really happens behind building, scaling, and exiting companies. From early rejections to building one of Canada’s fastest-growing platforms, and now developing a deep tech company at the intersection of AI, scent, and human performance, this conversation reveals what most founders overlook. We talk about why great products fail, why distribution and perception matter more than ever, and how mindset, resilience, and decision-making shape long-term success. This is not theory. This is how it actually plays out. 🔽 About Muneeb Mushtaq 🔽 Instagram: / muneebmushtaq LinkedIn: linkedin.com/in/muneebmushtaq/?skipRedirect=true Web: https://muneebmushtaq.com/

Be Impatient With Execution, Patient With Results
For the longest time, I'd rush toward results the moment I started something. Recently I realized what that rushing actually communicates, a lack of trust in the timing. Here's the mindset I use now: execute as fast as possible, then be patient and let the results come at the right pace.
In this episode:— Why sending your effort out into the world quickly is different from rushing the outcome— A real situation with a team member stuck in perfectionism, unable to launch— Why nothing in the history of the world has ever launched perfect the first time— The actual policy I use: get it out the door, then optimize
If you're sitting on a proposal, a task, a plan, or an idea right now, this one's for you. Take your best shot, send it out, and be patient with what comes back.

20 Brutal Truths I Wish I Knew in My 20s
I sat down and wrote out 20 brutal truths I wish someone had told me in my 20s. If I'd known these earlier, I would have saved years, and probably millions of dollars, on my way from starting with nothing to building two 8-figure companies.
It doesn't matter how old you are right now. If you take even a few of these and actually apply them, I believe you'll set yourself up for real success.
Some of what's covered:— Why nobody cares about your potential, only what you actually do— Perfectionism is procrastination in disguise — done beats perfect, every time— Why your body is your first business, and neglecting it collapses everything else— The real source of confidence (it's not external validation)— Why discipline is freedom, not restriction— The fastest way to win: stop needing anyone's permission to start
Comment your favorite one out of the 20 and if you're just getting started, this episode is for you.
