信赖产生力量

各位朋友，大家好！            庄子在《庄子。徐无鬼》中讲了一则寓言故事，成语“匠石运斤”就是源于此文，人们常用匠石运斤来形容技艺精湛。            匠：就是木匠。            石：是木匠的名字。            斤：是一种斧子。            在古代楚国的郢都，有一个酷爱清洁的人，在鼻子尖上溅了一点儿白石灰，虽然这层白石灰薄得就像苍蝇的翅膀，但他却请来石匠用板斧将石灰消掉。            这个郢都人任凭石匠去砍削。            石匠运斧如风，只听一阵风响就砍削完毕。白石灰尽被削去，干干净净，而鼻子却丝毫无损。            宋元君听到这件事以后，就将石匠招来，说道：“你也照样为我试着削一次好不好？”            石匠回答说：“我的确曾经是这样砍削的。但是，让我砍削的那个已经死了很久啊！”            这是庄子在路过惠施墓前讲的这则寓言。            在这则寓言里，表达了庄子对慧施的缅怀。            郢都人信赖石匠，才能让石匠砍削自己鼻尖上的石灰，而且能够在石匠的板斧挥动之下做到面不改色心不惊。而正是他的这种完全信赖的态度与完美的配合，才得以让石匠发挥出精湛的技艺，一举削清石灰。这种全然的信赖是事情成功的必不可少的条件。            这则寓言告诫我们，做人做事，都要以诚信为本，以诚相托，心心相印。            寓言同时教导我们一个道理，那就是：            信赖，可以产生力量。            朋友们，夫妻之间，恋人之间，如果能够互相信赖，以诚相托，心心相印，那么，就一定能够产生一种强大的力量去创造财富，去浇灌甜蜜的爱情花朵。            同理，一家企业，上下级之间，同事之间，如果能够做到互相信赖，以诚相托，心心相印，那么，这种因信赖的产生的强大力量，一定会在困苦的岁月推动创新图存，锐意变革，做强做大，共享美好的丰收成果。            请记住：            信赖，可以产生力量！
