EP 1 Lesson 1 Client Consultation

<p>In this podcast we will cover how to: Creatively assess the client’s requirements; examine the hair, skin and scalp; including face shape and style suitability; conduct visual checks advise clients on services or products; identify the client’s hair characteristics and hair classification. We will also cover: salon procedures and how factors limit or affect services; and products used. The Use of products and tools, used when shampoo and conditioning hair. How to prepare for shampooing, conditioning treatment / services and how to prepare your client to meet salon's requirements. So that protection and appearance meets accepted industry / organisational requirements. We will briefly cover, how to apply safe and hygienic methods of working throughout services, maintain your responsibilities for health / safety throughout the service.&nbsp; What to wear, personal protective equipment, and keeping your work area clean / tidy throughout the service.
