İsrail Refah'taki belediye binasını hedef alırken, İsrail ordusu, Refah bölgesinde Kerem Ebu Salim ve Raim'e yaklaşık 18 roket atıldığını duyurdu. Kahire'de, ateşkes ve esir takası için heyetler arasında müzakereler sürüyor. İsrail’in saldırısına rağmen ateşkes ihtimali hala masada. İsrail’in Refah planını ve ateşkes görüşmelerini CGTN Türk Özel yayınında değerlendiren İstanbul Gedik Üniversitesi Uluslararası İlişkiler Bölümü Dr. Öğretim Üyesi Selim Sezer, Refah saldırısının müzakere süreci ile bağlantılı olduğuna dikkat çekerek, İsrail’in pazarlık gücünü arttırmaya çalıştığını söyledi.</p>
