Each episode offers a teaching that you can put into action to support your well-being as well as some fun facts tips and tasting notes on a featured wine followed by a guided relaxation to help you release stress. We explore topics like meditation, breath-work, ayurveda, nutrition, mindfulness, yoga, sleep, self-care, managing emotions, self compassion, self awareness, work-life balance, stress-relief and stress management techniques as well as wines, wine tastings and wine and food pairings. Episodes are short, sweet, fun, tasty and relaxing.
