Podcast Overview

Sometimes I want to go back and write a letter to my 20 something self. I want to tell her to work out more, eat healthier, study harder, aim higher and that she’s better off without that relationship (she knows the one). But more than anything I want to tell her the truth about who she really is: Beautiful Strong Courageous Vulnerable Smart Fun Discipline I’m on a journey to focus in on the process instead of the destination, and I’m bringing you along with me. I don’t have everything figured out yet. I have wisdom for my 20 something me, but I know I have things to learn yet from 30 something me. Instead of giving you wisdom from the end, I’m inviting you to take the challenge of growth with me. We’re going to tackle fitness, self love, goal setting, daily routines, minimalist living and so much more. One tiny step at a time. I’m going to live the challenges out with you, in fact I want you to join me at [Challenge a True You Podcast with Shar Mitchell fb.me/TrueYouPod] and share how you’re doing in our own journey. Together, we’re going to grow up and live out our truest selves. Join me, as we find the TRUE YOU.
