This week the European Union is expected to approve the opening of accession negotiations with North Macedonia and Albania. In this episode, recorded in late February before COVID19 grounded travel, Teri was in Skopje where she spoke with North Macedonia's Vice President for European Affairs Bujar Osmani, who also headed up the delegation for negotiations with the European Union.
