Mental Health
Choose Forgiveness it can be a hard thing to grasp and act out. Become Healed, Restored, and Built up by being Mentally, Physically, Spiritually fit. 1st Timothy 4:8 Holding grudges keeps us bound, forgiveness sets us free. It heals our hearts and opens the door to peace, but does not excuse what was done. Don't allow shame, if you have any to keep you chained to what God has already forgiven. Don't hold yourself back.

It can be hard to understand the Bible and grow in the Word. We have to not focus on ourselves, take your self out of the equation it is about Him. Look to the Cross.
