While Prue and Phoebe set out to protect an innocent woman named Daisy from the Darklighter, Piper casts a spell to swap powers with Leo so that she can heal him. Unfortunately, the spell causes Prue and Phoebe's powers to swap, too...S1 E22 “Deja Vu All Over Again”Inspector Rodriguez steps up his mission to kill the Charmed Ones with a little help from Tempus, a powerful sorcerer who is able to reset time, thereby giving Rodriguez the chance to perfect his attack on the sisters.
