The hypothesis is that the desired state, also referred as "being in the zone" or "flow state" or "zen state" are in fact all a band of frequency in the brain around 10 Hz. Podcasts will be either by interviewing people or by reviewing videos of great people from all walks of life to find clues that refer to the 10 Hz. Interviews will be with 1 guest and 1 specific event in their lives when they were the best version of themselves. Dr. Justice looks for common neurological attributes in these high-performing events/experiences, personal or professional, from guests that are from all walks of life: Men, Women, Children, Business People, Athletes & Coaches. </p>
