He encourages listeners to do the work and perfect your craft so that when an opportunity arises, you are prepared.

In the thick of "All-Star Weekend" in Chicago, CoCo sits down with 'Reporter/Producer' for Northern Arizona University, Giavonna Heath, and they talk sports, passion, networking, how important it is for women to work together in media and more. Giavonna sheds light on the importance of not burning bridges and making real connections in the work place. She wants the listeners to get involved in the craft they are most passionate about and really study it. Not only that, both CoCo and Giavonna call for listeners to work the steps and put the time in necessary to achieve their goals, but remain patient. They touch on the passing of Kobe Bryant along with his daughter GiGi and the other passengers, and it challenges listeners to recall the legacy they are currently working to leave and how important the details are in what people remember of you. CoCo also had the pleasure of speaking with,  strength and conditioning specialist, Jason Griffin and "Top-Ranked short stop in America, "Ed Howard, and they speak about where they are in their careers and where they plan to be in the future.
