   Your wash menu is the only salesperson you have that talks to every car, every day. At most washes, it's working against you. When your menu has five washes with names nobody understands, your customer doesn't pick the best one. They pick the cheapest one, because it's the only choice that feels safe. In this episode I break down how to rebuild your menu so it sells for you: why three washes beats five, what each one should say, and how to make your top wash the obvious choice.
