They have phenomenally balanced, interesting flavors, and like you said, they... do not have any overpowering burn, but they do have like the right amount of that kind of, hey, I'm drinking whiskey. Like you don't want to drink whiskey that's proof down to 80 proof and not be able to tell that, you know, like you lose the flavor, you lose the interesting. The viscosity is gone. The viscosity, right, yeah. All of that. It's weird because right now in the whiskey world, I'm saying people are really interested in higher proof stuff, and they're worried that they're losing flavor if you dilute it. […]
