Start Building Champions.</strong></p><p>Why the Best Businesses Grow One Relationship at a Time</p><p>What would you rather have?</p><p><strong>100 customers...</strong></p><p>or...</p><p><strong>10 people who can't stop telling other people about your business?</strong></p><p>That's the question behind this week's episode of <strong>Something to Smile About Small Business Saturday</strong>.</p><p>Entrepreneurs spend enormous amounts of time, energy and money looking for the next lead.</p><p>More followers.</p><p>More clicks.</p><p>More appointments.</p><p>More prospects.</p><p>But there's another growth engine sitting right in front of us:</p><p><strong>Champions.</strong></p><p>Customers buy from you.</p><p>Champions believe in you.</p><p>Customers create transactions.</p><p>Champions create introductions.</p><p>And sometimes one champion can open doors that hundreds of cold leads never could.</p><p>In this episode, Johnny Juan Ortiz explores how Christian entrepreneurs can intentionally move beyond simply acquiring customers and begin creating relationships strong enough to produce referrals, advocates and long-term business opportunities.</p><p>THE BIG IDEA</p><p><strong>Customers buy once.
