In this episode of Choosing Joy, Jodi Lynn Turpin sits down with Heather Sommer, also known as Gingy. Heather is the owner of Gingy’s Massage and has been a massage therapist since 2006, known for her loyal clientele, long waitlist, and the kind of care that helps people truly reset.
Jodi and Heather talk about the healing power of touch, the importance of self-care (especially for busy humans), and why laughter can be a full-body release. They also dive into Heather’s love of travel and retreats (Costa Rica is her happy place), plus those unforgettable “take the leap” moments that turn into the best stories later.
You’ll also hear about some of Heather’s favorite add-ons and offerings, including hot stones, sauna wrap sessions, “emotional support” oil application, a cooling face massage, tea tree back exfoliation, and a high frequency healing mat.
