Many Christians carry a quiet anxiety that they are missing something in their faith, always searching for the next book, conference, or spiritual technique to unlock a deeper level. It is Christ in you, living inside every person who comes to Him in faith. The gospel that brought you to Christ is the same gospel that carries you forward. You are not missing a secret. You have Christ.

The Wonderful One
Jesus is far more than a kind teacher or a gentle historical figure. In Colossians 1, Paul presents Him as the image of the invisible God, the one through whom all things were created and in whom all things hold together. He is the head of the church, the fullness of God in human flesh, and the one who made peace through the blood of His cross. The creator of all things became the reconciler of all things, not by force, but through suffering and death. No philosophy, ritual, or spiritual experience can be added to Him, because nothing is missing. The one who holds the universe together is the same one who gave His life for you.
