But I think what's also key to understanding the United States is that The sustainability of the American debt really depends on the economy's overall strength, right? The American economy's overall strength. This is also why I'm a little more suspicious about claims of the US dollar becoming less important globally. I think, yes, from the heights of what it was, US treasuries and the US dollar as the currency, most certainly people have diversified away from the US currency. But I just do not see a point where there is so much diversification away from U.S. treasuries and U.S. currencies that we come into a situation where you introduce a new global reserve currency or there is one that automatically emerges in the market.
