Are you self-sufficient or Christ-dependent?
Sermon by Ben Hewitt
This episode is part of The Seven Churches, a teaching series exploring Revelation 1-3.
If Jesus himself was to address our church, what would he say? How would he encourage us? How would he challenge us? What would he say to spur us on? Of course, we believe that every time we open God’s word Jesus is addressing us! However there is something piercing and insightful in his address to his church at the beginning of the book of Revelation. The Lord of heaven and earth is speaking to us - we must take note and pay careful attention.
Our purpose in exploring the letters from Jesus to the seven churches in Revelation 1-3 is to help us continue growing deep roots in good soil. We will consider our future as a gathering of God's people with the words of Jesus in full focus.
