Sermon by Pete Steven
What does it mean for us to represent Jesus faithfully in the world?
What does it mean to be a faithful witness to his nature and his character?
What does it mean to be a faithful witness to his finished work on the cross, to his death and resurrection, and to the fact that his Spirit is alive in each one of us?
How can our lives, our words, our church and our mission point people towards him?
That's what we will be exploring as we make our way through the 7 letters to the churches in Revelation 2-3

A Church That Remains Faithful | Revelation 3:7–13
Unlike many of the other churches in Revelation, the church in Philadelphia receives no rebuke from Jesus. Though they had little strength, they remained faithful to his word and refused to deny his name.
In this message from our Revelation series, we discover that faithfulness isn’t measured by strength, influence or success, but by our willingness to hold firmly to Jesus.
Philadelphia reminds us that we don’t need to be powerful or impressive to be faithful witnesses. Jesus sees our perseverance, knows our weakness and calls us to keep holding on to him.
What does it look like to remain faithful to Jesus, even when we feel we have little to offer?

Sardis
A Church That Is Truly Alive | Revelation 3:1–6
What does Jesus call a church that is truly alive?
The church in Sardis had a reputation for being alive, but Jesus saw beneath the surface and called them to wake up, strengthen what remained, and hold fast to what they had received.
In this message from our Faithful Witnesses series, we consider what it means to stay spiritually awake, to guard the life God has already given our church, and to hold onto what is true even when our faith feels small.
Because an alive church isn’t necessarily one that looks like it’s thriving—it’s a church awake to the reality of Jesus and faithfully living in response.
