Thankful even in the ruins
Even when we're living in what feels like the ruins, we can give thanks. Jesus is willing to come to the ruins. Even though we have sinned and made a mess of things, He graciously comes. He can restore hope and joy.

Look and give thanks
The Bible invites us to look at what God has done, what He promises to do and what He can do in us. As we look at those things we see God's faithfulness, His goodness and His great compassion. A vision like that leads to thanksgiving.
