Leading Technical Teams Effectively with Luiz Simpson
We're excited to share our interview with Luiz Simpson (https://www.linkedin.com/in/luiz-s-8013162/), Head of Offensive Security at Bridewell.
As Rachel explains in the intro, Luiz was one of the first people that she interviewed in the industry, so it was wonderful to have the opportunity to speak to him again seven years later.
Luiz shares what drew him to offensive security, how he approaches red teaming engagements, and his advice for managing a team effectively.
In addition to his work as Head of Offensive Security, Luiz is a STEM Ambassador (https://www.stem.org.uk/stem-ambassadors). Luiz explains what it involves, the benefits of volunteering, and how he drew inspiration from escape rooms to create an activity for students.
