   Premature Ejaculation

Premature ejaculation is incredibly common, but it’s something we rarely talk about without shame, jokes or embarrassment. In this episode, I sit down with Cam Fraser (https://www.instagram.com/thecamfraser/) to unpack what premature ejaculation actually is, why it happens, the role anxiety and pressure can play, and what can genuinely help. We talk about pleasure, communication, confidence and taking the pressure off “lasting longer”, because good sex was never meant to be measured with a stopwatch. An honest, shame-free conversation about something a LOT more people experience than you might think.

Pelvic floor physiotherapy for pelvic pain, endometriosis, and pelvic floor dysfunction

Can pelvic floor physiotherapy help with pelvic pain? In this episode, pelvic health physiotherapist and founder of the Pelvy (https://www.instagram.com/pelvy.app?utm_source=ig_web_button_share_sheet&igsh=ZDNlZDc0MzIxNw==)Patient app (available on the App Store and Google Play), Amelia Godfrey, discusses how pelvic floor physiotherapy (pelvic floor physical therapy) can help people living with persistent pelvic pain, chronic pelvic pain, endometriosis, adenomyosis, vaginismus, vestibulodynia, and vulvodynia. We cover painful periods (period pain), painful sex, pelvic floor dysfunction, bladder and bowel symptoms, and painful bowel motions, along with key exercises, pelvic floor relaxation, breathing techniques, bowel emptying strategies, and other practical tips to help manage symptoms. Amelia also explains why Kegel exercises (pelvic floor exercises) aren’t always the answer, what to expect from pelvic floor physiotherapy, and common misconceptions about pelvic pain. Whether you’ve recently been diagnosed or have been living with chronic pelvic pain for years, this episode provides practical, evidence-based advice to help you better understand your symptoms and treatment options. Sponsored by @tap.health (https://www.instagram.com/tap.health?utm_source=ig_web_button_share_sheet&igsh=ZDNlZDc0MzIxNw==). We also loved getting a demo of the TAP 2.0 device- a valuable addition to the pelvic pain toolkit that can complement pelvic floor physiotherapy as part of a comprehensive treatment approach.
