So... research uh there was a lot of terms that i didn't know and like tie cam personal guarantees what's the triple net lease and those are just thrown out like it's like oxygen and you're like yeah taking in these breaths like trying to understand it and like i didn't and i'm a fake it till you make it kind of girl and so i'm gonna swim with the sharks and then later on we're like wow where is my life preserver i'm tired You know, my husband and I, we have bought and sold eight houses and most of those we didn't use a realtor after we learned what a realtor did.
