So there's a group called LASA, which is the Los Angeles Housing Services Authority. And they are the largest recipient of continuum of care dollars, which is our homelessness distribution of funds. Over the last five years, they received one billion dollars of HUD funding for homelessness with zero results. So funding is at an all time high. But the amount of people homeless is at an all time high. L.A. has been a leader in homelessness for two decades. […]
