Flagship City Food Hall & Harborcreep Nights: Ryan Hoover - Oct. 2, 2026

Our guest this episode was Ryan Hoover, the Experience Director for the Erie Downtown Development Corporation, where his work touches much of what people experience throughout the Flagship City District. A big part of that is the Flagship City Food Hall, Erie's first and only food hall. It's ashared space filled with independently operated food businesses, while the EDDC manages the building, common areas, events, utilities, marketing and overall guest experience. Ryan is also one of the volunteers helping Harborcreek Township put on Harborcreep Nights, giving us an opportunity to talk about what goes into creating the kinds of events that people look forward to every year - and why those experiences matter to a community.
