This project serves to simply engage God's good creation - telling stories of how humanity experiences and glorifies Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, in and through worship. Pastors, lay ministers, volunteers, Saints, and Elders share their testimonies about Christ's Church, and our vocation as the priesthood of believers, contextualized in worship and what that might look like in the 21st century.
Community Worship Pod #23 When Heaven Feels Silent
What do we do when we keep praying, but heaven feels quiet?
In this episode of Community Worship, we make room for unanswered prayers, honest grief, and seasons when God’s presence feels difficult to sense. Through the words of the psalmist, Jesus’ prayer in Gethsemane, and the promise of the Spirit’s help in Romans 8, we explore how to remain in relationship with God when understanding does not come.
Lament gives our pain a place in prayer. The Holy Spirit meets us when words fail. And the people of God can help carry us when the next step feels impossible.
If you are walking through grief, uncertainty, or spiritual dryness, there is room for you here. You do not have to solve the silence before you can bring it to God.
Scripture: Psalm 13; Romans 8:22–27; Mark 14:32–36

Community Worship Pod #22 God in the Ordinary
What if God wants to meet you in the middle of the life you already have?
In this episode of Community Worship, we explore how the incarnation and the road to Emmaus teach us to recognize Jesus in ordinary places. Making coffee, driving familiar roads, sharing meals, and caring for others can become opportunities to receive grace and make love visible.
Without minimizing the exhaustion or pain that everyday life can carry, we ask a gentle question: “Jesus, how are you present with me here?”
Through Scripture, reflection, and prayer, we consider how our daily lives become places of worship. This week’s practice is simple: choose one ordinary activity and let it call your attention back to Christ, helping you receive the moment honestly and ask what love requires.

Community Worship Pod #21 Beloved Before Useful
What happens when usefulness becomes identity?
In this episode, we reflect on the truth that our worth is received from God, not earned through productivity, success, or service. At Jesus’ baptism, the Father names him as beloved before his public ministry begins. His work flows from belovedness. It does not purchase it.
Through Scripture, prayer, and guided reflection, this episode invites us to receive the order of grace: loved, then sent. Discover how being secure in God’s love frees us to work faithfully, rest without shame, receive help with humility, and recognize the God-given dignity of others.
This week’s practice: Before looking at your phone or reviewing your responsibilities, open your hands and say, “I am loved by God before I am useful to anyone.”
Primary Scriptures: Mark 1:9–11; Ephesians 2:8–10; 1 John 3:1
