In this week's episode of Completely Clueless, I’m getting real about the struggles of navigating life and podcasting solo. Since my co-host left a few months ago, I’ve been learning the hard way what it takes to manage a podcast completely on my own. From solo recordings to financial struggles and self-doubts, I’m pulling back the curtain on the challenges and emotions that come with being a one-woman show.
On top of that, I’m sharing a major update on my NYC apartment hunt with Olivia—and let’s say it’s not the news we hoped for. After a disappointing (and possibly homophobic?) denial from a co-op board, I reflect on how this setback has left my life feeling more uncertain and clueless than ever. But hey, maybe we dodged a bullet?
If you’re a twentysomething navigating life’s curveballs, a beginner podcaster figuring it all out, or just someone searching for real conversations about mental health and resilience, this episode is for you.

ep.119: clueless about survival jobs, psych meds, & healing from depression (ep.118 part 2)
Let’s continue my anxiety lore, shall we? On this episode of Completely Clueless, I’m diving back into the story of my 15+ year journey with Generalized Anxiety Disorder. But first, a life update: I got a survival job! After quitting my corporate job, moving back to my childhood home, and stepping deeper into the messy “figuring it out” phase of my twenties, this job feels like my first big step forward—and I can’t wait to tell you how it’s going.
Then, I pick up my anxiety journey where we left off, reflecting on the biggest mistake I made during my healing process, how the pandemic impacted my mental health, and coming to terms with the fact that I’ll never be the girl I was before depression. Finally, I share where I am now—the challenges I’m navigating and what this chapter of my mental health journey looks like.
As always, I hope that by sharing my story, someone listening feels seen, heard, and just a little less alone. Tune in for part two of my anxiety lore, and let’s keep figuring it all out together. 💕

ep.118: clueless about my anxiety disorder and the path to healing
In this deeply personal episode of Completely Clueless, I’m opening up about my 15+ year journey with mental illness, sharing the raw and real moments that shaped me. From being diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder at 12 to leaving college during a depressive episode, I’m walking you through the highs, the lows, and everything in between.
We’ll start with my early teen years, navigating the everyday struggles of middle school—puberty, body changes, and friendship drama. But for me, these experiences caused distress far beyond what most would consider typical, leading me to unhealthy ways of coping with my budding mental illness. I’ll unpack how being the “Golden Child” and living an all-or-nothing lifestyle shaped my struggles and how losing my cousin to his battle with mental illness changed my perspective forever. Finally, I’ll speak about my time in college, where my mental illness reached heights I had never experienced before, forcing me to finally confront my anxiety and depression head-on.
If you’ve ever struggled with your mental health, this episode will remind you that you’re not alone—and that healing is never a straight line. Tune in for relatable insights, candid storytelling, and a safe space to feel seen and supported.
