The physical changes, the emotional ups and downs, the expectations we place on ourselves and the sometimes uncomfortable experience of figuring out who we are after treatment.
We'll explore why recovery isn't simply about getting back to the person you were before cancer, but learning to reconnect with yourself and discover what feels right for you now.
