Connecting Badgers aims to enhance learning and student success by promoting, protecting & restoring mental health while acknowledging that stigma and health disparities exist and can be barriers to care. We provide students with evidence based tips & tools grounded from feminist and trauma informed approaches to increase mental health literacy, which is the knowledge & beliefs about mental health concerns that aid in recognition, management and prevention.
Artificial Intelligence, or AI, is all around us now, embedded in our apps and programs and easy to engage with. Lots of folks turn to chatbots for mental health support, but when can that be useful and when can it be risky?
