BOOTS have landed on the ground in rome, there was a couple of great results worth talking about on day one and the reality that now there's a couple of people maybe after getting the mental rocket strapped onto their backs.
To realise, I can do this and want to do it again better next year or I am so gutted and disgusted with what happened that I never want that to be able to happen to me again.

An Announcement for 2027? Why Are People Not Competing - LISTENER INPUT
Starting this episode with a little bit of tentative information for something happening in Q1 2027 guys and girls. I'll leave the surprise to listen to it.
The rest of the episode is entirely filled out with statements and beliefs of people who are JiuJitsu practitioners in Ireland and why they chose to not compete at one of the flag ship events in Ireland (even though the event sold out with max capacity, why did they not get in before then etc)

80,000 People and Nobody Was There for a Fight
I had to break ranks, to JiuJitsu listeners from abroad I am sorry but last night I appreciated one of the greatest sporting moments to ever happen in Ireland.
The confusing thing, it wasn't the sporting moment i.e the main event, that made it the greatest sporting moment.
Dig into that idea with me a little bit, as this was a rousing appreication and goodbye of Katie Taylor from the sport of Professional Boxing.
She had to make her waves in sport, majorly in places that were not Ireland and even though she got her good showings in the 3Arena, somerthing being pulled off like what we saw in Croke Park deserves further reflection.
