Yom Kippur & Sukkot: How Yeshua Fulfills the Biblical Feasts

A heartfelt welcome to our newest listeners from Japan, Hong Kong, France, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Pennsylvania, California, and Virginia. A great big God bless you as we welcome you to our listening community. Thanks for joining us. In fact, a big shout out to all of our listeners everywhere. Thanks for tuning in and sharing some of your time with us. We do pray the manifold blessings of God on your life and the lives of your loved ones. We do encourage you, if you haven't already done so, to listen to all of our segments. And again, a great big thank you for being part of our community of listeners. In this episode Bishop Ronald Roston and Bishop LaCreece Roston explore the biblical feasts, focusing on the Day of Atonement (Yom Kippur) and the Feast of Tabernacles (Sukkot). Using Leviticus 23 and other scriptures, they explain the original Old Testament instructions and how these feasts point to the work of Yeshua. They review how trials purify faith, showing how Jesus’ suffering and crucifixion fulfill the high-priestly and atoning imagery of Yom Kippur — from the sin offering to the scapegoat — and why believers should still engage with the themes of repentance, cleansing, and forgiveness. The hosts describe Yom Kippur practices (fasting, abstinence, and a call to personal encounter with God) and warn that the day’s holiness demands true repentance. They also discuss Sukkot as both a remembrance of Israel’s wilderness dependence on God and a forward-looking celebration of the final harvest and God’s dwelling among people. Practical takeaways include seeking inner cleansing through Messiah’s atonement, being filled with the Holy Spirit to minister in God’s power, and finding present rest in Yeshua while anticipating the full fulfillment of the feasts at his return. The episode closes with encouragement to continue listening, reading their books, and sharing the podcast with others.

Yom Kippur Explained: The Day of Atonement and Messiah's Fulfillment

A heartfelt welcome to our newest listeners from Japan, Singapore, Germany, Spain, Pennsylvania, Texas, California, Virginia, and Delaware. A great big God bless you as we welcome you to our listening community. Thanks for joining us and a big shout out to all listeners everywhere for tuning in and sharing your time with us. Join hosts Bishop LaCreece Roston and Bishop Ronald Roston as they explore the biblical feasts with a focus on Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement. Using Leviticus 23 and teachings from Dr. Booker and D. Thomas Lancaster, they explain the meaning of atonement, the temple rituals with two goats, the role of the high priest, and the symbolism of the veil and the scapegoat. The episode shows how Yeshua’s death and the tearing of the temple veil fulfill the spiritual reality of the Day of Atonement: once-and-for-all forgiveness, continual cleansing through repentance, and the call to spiritual maturity. It also discusses the Ten Days of Repentance, the importance of fasting and self-affliction on Yom Kippur, and how trials and the baptism of the Spirit and fire test and purify believers. Listeners will hear practical applications for personal repentance, maintaining fellowship with God through daily self-examination, and embracing trials as means of spiritual growth. The episode closes with an invitation to continue listening to all segments, share the podcast, and a final blessing: Shalom, God’s peace upon you.

The Shofar & the Second Coming: Unpacking the Feast of Trumpets

A heartfelt welcome to our newest listeners from Bolivia, Colombia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Pennsylvania, Texas, California, Ohio, Virginia, Washington, and Delaware. Great big God bless you as we welcome you to our listening community. Thanks for joining us. In fact, a big shout out to all of our listeners everywhere. Thanks for tuning in and sharing some of your time with us. We do pray the manifold blessings of God on your life and on the lives of your loved ones. As always, we do encourage you, if you haven't already done so, to listen to all of our segments. Again, we want to say thanks for being a part, of our community of listeners. In this episode hosts Bishop LaCreece Roston and Bishop Ronald Roston explore the biblical Feasts — focusing on the Feast of Trumpets (Rosh Hashanah) and the Day of Atonement (Yom Kippur). They explain the scriptural basis in Leviticus 23, the significance of the shofar, and ten traditional reasons the shofar is sounded on Rosh Hashanah, including remembrance, repentance, warning, and the future resurrection. The conversation connects the feasts to New Testament fulfillment: Christ’s death rent the temple veil and secured atonement once for all, while believers continue daily repentance and cleansing through Jesus’ blood. The hosts also discuss the prophetic implications for Israel, the coming judgment, spiritual warfare, and how these appointed times point toward Messiah’s return. Practical takeaways include a call to live in the victory of Yeshua, put on spiritual armor, and maintain daily confession and fellowship with God. Resources mentioned: the hosts’ books Living in the New Jerusalem Now and The Remnant Church, plus their YouTube video library. Closing blessings and an invitation to continue contending for the faith.
