About Contrary Gardens

Mary Tischbein has been a lot of things so far in her life: a bookkeeper, a caregiver, a comedian, an actor, a writer and now she's a podcaster. Here you will find her musings, her annoyances, and her honest opinions on everything. Sometimes it will be funny, sometimes sad, sometimes angry, but it will always be real. Got a question or comment? You can leave Mary a voicemail message that may end up on a future episode. Just go to marytischbein.com or longislandmary.com and find the recording feature on the home page. Thanks!

The Olympics, Kamala, and Scooch Ovaries!

Hey Marebians! I am telling you I'm not going and I made you a pretty episode. I have some thoughts and here they are. Breaking News - I am a part of the awesome new podcast: Scooch Ovaries. I get to spend time with and have some laughs with my funny friend, Comedian Robin Savage. Give it a try, too. It's streaming everywhere podcasts are streaming, and even on YouTube, because I have a video camera. What an embarrassment of riches, according to my inner child. Love you!
