Conversations and Meditations, hosted by Justin Martin, intends to share the talented and interesting characters of the Riverdell Spiritual Centre community.
A combination of ’get to know you’ interviews, light-hearted conversations, and explanations of upcoming events. Coupled with the sharing of meditations, philosophies, and experiences will offer the opportunity to understand better what Riverdell Spiritual Centre offers.
As the Riverdell Business Manager, Justin meets a diverse and interesting range of people that often educate him on ideas that he was previously not aware of. He doesn’t always agree with them, but he is always fascinated and genuinely interested in the perspective being offered.
He invites you to join him as he explores the stories and beliefs of the people that he chats with during these sessions.

In this episode, we sit down with Luke Atherton for an open and engaging conversation about the experiences and turning points that led him towards meditation, breathwork, Reiki and a more conscious way of living. Luke shares his personal journey, the challenges that have helped shape him, and the growing sense of purpose that inspired him to create Spiritual Flow ŵ Luke.
Warm, honest and often humorous, the conversation explores the value of slowing down, becoming more present and allowing ourselves to follow a path that feels authentic—even when we are not entirely sure where it will lead. Luke’s story is a thoughtful reminder that spirituality need not be complicated or rigid; it can begin simply by becoming more attentive to ourselves, to others and to the life unfolding around us.
