We invite you to join us as we gather around our metaphorical hearth, and talk about our journeys with the Gene Keys, the Dream Arc, and our inner work.
Each of our podcasts start with a "Where are we now" section bringing ourselves into the present moment. Then we pose a question, or answer one from our listening audience, that is pertinent to what we are going through on our Gene Keys journey and our journey of life as we integrate the inner work into our outer experiences. Then we end with whimsical questions to each other to bring a sense of play into our communion!
By sharing our stories we help other people, and by the laws of reciprocity, our own healing increases, because we are all part of a synergistic whole.
Meghan lives in the mountains of Idaho, USA and Lizzie is in Wiltshire, England. Although we are technically crones, we welcome listeners of all ages. (You can find our first season on our website, A Cauldron of Crones.)

The Golden Path Girls: The Hierophant & the Stormrider
We have just moved into the SQ sphere inside the Sage’s Golden Path Retreat. We both love this sphere, our Spiritual Quotient, which governs the years from birth to seven years old. It was in our SQ last year that our website, A Cauldron of Crones, was birthed. The SQ is where we play and play, two kids, making mud pies in the barn! The barn is in the ether, it’s in our Voxer space, it’s in our website, and it is here in our Podcast … CWACOC!!! It’s all just so much fun. Our Sage words are … Reconstitution and Lightning Rod. The Sutras are … Hierophant and the Storm Riders. Talk about magical! Talk about awesome!

The EQ and Riding the Winds of Change
This week we have moved into our EQ sphere in the Sage’s Golden Path Retreat. We have called this episode “The EQ and Riding the Winds of Change” because, obviously, we are enamoured with our EQ Gene Keys and Sage Words (that’s the first part of the title); the second part refers to the fact that this sphere is so much about change. So, here we are, in this sphere of change, and we are both experiencing change in our lives … internally and externally … and we have been having lots of conversations this week about how we are navigating these changes, how we are staying grounded and on course, as we are buffeted by the winds of change.

Playing the Game of Life with Conviction
This week’s Conversation With A Couple Of Crones is one big “Where am I now?”, as we dive into the IQ Sphere. We have each been working with this IQ and its Gene Key for a week now, as we travel with the Sage’s Golden Path Retreat. For Meghan that’s GK50.6, the Siddhi of Harmony, the Gift of Equilibrium, and the Shadow of Corruption; for Lizzie it’s GK12.2, the Siddhi of Purity, the Gift of Discrimination, and the Shadow of Vanity. Meghan’s Sage word and line are about playing the game of life; Lizzie’s is about living sensuously with conviction! Join us for this delicious conversation and hear how we each approach our contemplations of our IQ Gene Key in very different ways. Venus Calls Forth Our Yin
Hello Cauldron Cronies! We’re back, after giving ourselves a little break to rest and reset. After a couple of awesome guest appearances, this is our first episode in almost two months, where it’s just the two of us crones, having a chinwag and catching up. We start with our traditional question … “Where am I now?” … we really needed to ask this question, because there has been a lot going on, a lot of things shifting and changing, a lot of new energy emerging and old patterns being released. We then dive into the main topic for this Conversation … how the Venus Stream is calling forth our Yin energy. We have both embarked upon a six month journey through our Venus Sequence, and we are both embracing the delicious feminine energy it is calling us to.

We were delighted to welcome our very good friend, Esther Vis, to join us as our special guest In this episode of Conversations With A Couple Of Crones.
Esther, like us, has a deep passion for the Gene Keys. She is a Gene Keys Guide, and has travelled her Golden Path several times. Also like us, she is currently travelling the Sage’s journey. Esther has a passion and a gift for working with the Dream Arc, and that’s what we talk about in this episode.
Meghan set us a task … to consult the Dream Arc Oracle on a question or issue we are currently contemplating. We got two Toads and a Parrot … but who got what, and what messages did these creatures have for us?! You’ll have to listen to find out!

Women with Purpose
Instead of beginning with our usual question … “Where am I now?” … we realised that this Purpose sphere we’ve been diving into for the last month has been so HUGE for us both, we really needed to dedicate this entire episode to asking, “Where are we NOW?!!”, and to discussing what it’s like to be women with purpose.
In this month of working with our Purpose Gene Keys, we have experienced breakthroughs (and breakdowns!); we’ve had insights and deeper understanding about ourselves than we have ever had. We have experienced, and continue to experience, so much change, that this Purpose sphere deserves its own episode! It is, after all, who we are here to be!

Our Purpose Sphere Sage Lines
In Season 2, Episode 6 we begin with our grounding check-in question: “Where am I now?”—a simple prompt that brings us into presence and helps us notice how inner shifts are showing up in our outer lives. From creativity, journaling, and deep inner work, to caring for the body with a wider set of “tools,” this opening sets the tone for a heartfelt, laugh-filled conversation.
We then dive into the Purpose Sphere in the Sage’s Journey, exploring our new Sage Words—Mildness (Meghan Gene Key 37.2) and Affinity (Lizzie Gene Key 48.3) —and why they feel so uncannily perfect. Acceptance
Our question, “Where am I now?” is answered by sharing personal updates, from upcoming seaside time in Devon to diving deep into the Radiance Gene Key through the Sage’s Golden Path Retreat and embracing Line 3 energy. From there, we explore a community question about how our relationship with contemplating the Shadow has evolved as the work becomes more embodied, including the reminder that the Shadow holds the Gift and isn’t something to fear or “fix.” The conversation then opens into the week’s wider theme of Acceptance—especially as a daily practice—touching on accepting our bodies, circumstances, tiredness, and all parts of ourselves, before we wrap up with our whimsical end-of-episode questions.

Embracing Our Cronehood

Somatic Experiences with the Gene Keys
Lizzie and Meghan welcome their first special guest, Samantha Lee Vigliotti, to explore Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and how she weaves it with the Gene Keys. Samantha shares what EFT is (and why it’s more than simply tapping), how it supports nervous-system regulation and somatic awareness, and the work she’s creating inside Gene Keys Unleashed—guided EFT audios aligned to each current “Pulse” Gene Key. Our Sage's Journey Begins
In this episode, Lizzie and Meghan share where they are right now on their inner journeys as they begin the Sage’s Journey (a Gene Keys Golden Path retreat with Richard Rudd and the Gene Keys team).
