About Conversations with Arzu - The Vitalityandmore Podcast
This Podcast is about connecting real conversations around wholeness and wellness. I share my wisdom around topics that will inspire you to make an inward journey, be curious, follow your heart to purposeful living and find abundance within.
What happens when something you love starts to feel heavy and forced? In this episode, I open up about why I almost walked away from podcasting — not because I stopped caring, but because I became tired of the constant pressure to market, optimise, perform, and be seen. Somewhere along the way, the heart of why I began started getting buried under all the advice I'm getting that I'm not reaching enough listeners or downloads and I should be doing it "better".
This is an honest conversation about creative burnout, authenticity, and returning to what really matters. If you’ve been questioning the rules, feeling disconnected from your own voice, or craving a more grounded way of creating and living, I hope this episode meets you there.Leave me a comment or share if it resonates with you, I would love to hear from you. And as always get in touch with me via the socials on Instagram or Facebook to see what I'm talking about or sharing, when I'm not podcasting.
Much love & gratitude, x

Episode 24: Why are we being Discouraged from Aging Gracefully
Are we being conditioned to fear ageing?
In this episode we explore the powerful conversation of Whyare we discouraged from ageing gracefully? From anti-ageing beauty standards to the billion-dollar wellness industry, society constantly pushes the idea that youth equals value—but is that really true?
Join me as I unpack the cultural, emotional, and psychological impact of ageing in today’s world. This thought-provoking conversation challenges the belief that getting older issomething to resist and instead reframes ageing as a natural, empowering, and a deeply transformative process.
Discover how to shift your mindset around ageing, break free from unrealistic beauty standards, and embrace your growthwith confidence, self-worth, and vitality.
If you’ve ever felt pressure to stay young or questioned your changing reflection, this episode will inspire you to seeageing not as a loss—but as a powerful evolution.
You are not losing your youth—you are gaining your life.
Please share with the women in your circle, they are going to love you for it and ditch the "need" to looking younger. Embrace yourself, no matter what age you are, it's just a number - your heart is always young.

Episode 23: Why is everything a performance?
Ever felt like you’re playing different versions of yourself depending on who’s watching, who's listening?
In this episode, we dive into the powerful idea that life isn’t just something we live—it’s something we perform.
We gently explore the idea how everyday interactions mirror a stage, where we shift roles, manage who we are, depending upon who's there watching.
But, performance is exhausting; it disconnects usfrom what we really feel and need. Authenticity? It’s messy, quiet, uncomfortable at first—yet so freeing.
Are you showing what's true or just what you want others to see. My advice is this: Start small: pause before saying yes, allow yourself one moment of real honesty, even if it feelsrisky. Because real belonging begins when we stop performing and start being.
Remember:You don’t need to earn your worth—you already have it. Maybe this week, instead of trying to be better, just get real with yourself. As always if you feel the call to share or leave a comment, then please do and let's keep the conversation growing, until next week, sending love and gratitude.
