Welcome to another episode of Conversations with J — Season 3 ☺️
In Episode 4, I reflect on some of my biggest life lessons from 2026 and the experiences that have quietly taught me to be more present, more prepared, and more connected to myself.
We talk about opportunities and readiness: opportunities will always come, but are you becoming the person who is ready to receive them when they do?
I also explore what it means to find yourself again — sometimes by travelling, stepping away from the familiar, reconnecting with nature, and giving yourself enough stillness to hear what has been buried beneath the noise.
And perhaps most importantly, we talk about being present for the good things. Life will always hold difficult seasons, but the good is real too. A beautiful moment doesn't become less meaningful because something painful exists alongside it.
This episode is for anyone who is figuring themselves out, navigating change, waiting for an opportunity, feeling a little lost, or simply learning how to be present in their own life.
If something in this conversation speaks to where you are right now, leave me a comment. I'd love to know what season of becoming you're in.

On experiencing Eastern UG
In this second episode of season 3, we address the elephant in the travel room: Ugandan tourism is not cheap and this is because Ugandans are not the primary target audience.
This episode hardly scratches the surface of a deeply rooted issue but atleast, it brings the topic to table.
I hope that each Ugandan, after listening, is encouraged to fight for what belongs to each and every one of us.
